Important Updates:
As of November 2018, Hiero Craft Creations is no longer working with any deadlines.
As of December 2021, Hiero Craft Creations is no longer taking any "Rush Orders" or taking any "Guaranteed Completion Date" commissions.

COMMISSION PROCESS:
Prospective clients considering commissioning Hiero Craft Creations, are 100% aware of my current skill level based on my most recent work shown in the examples page. There may be minor imperfections but NO MAJOR flaws.
-HIERO CRAFT CREATIONS WILL NOT REPLICATE ANOTHER FURSUIT MAKER'S STYLE OR RECREATE SPECIFIC FURSUIT PARTS.
-HIERO CRAFT CREATIONS WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CLIENT PROVIDED MATERIALS FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS.
-ALL FUR FABRIC MATERIAL WILL BE PURCHASED BRAND NEW FROM BIG Z FABRIC.
-ANY FUR FABRIC THAT NEEDS TO BE ORDERED FROM ANOTHER WEBSITE, THE CLIENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
COMMUNICATION:
The Client will be kept in constant communication during the commission progress with w.i.p. pictures sent to their means of original contact or on a platform that both Hiero Craft Creations and the client both have.
Communication will solely remain with the person who is paying for the commission. If the Purchaser/ Client is paying for a commission for a friend or family member, Hiero Craft Creations will NOT communicate with the 3rd party. This is to keep from any mistranslation during the commission process. During the beginning of the commission process, it is encouraged for you to voice your opinions/concerns about how a pattern/sketch looks. Changes can only be made during the WIP (Work In Progress) Stage.
Should a client cease all communications with Hiero Craft Creations while on a payment plan, Clients will have 5 business days to respond to the last message sent by Hiero Craft Creations. If there is no response after the 5th business day, the commission will be automatically canceled and considered abandoned. Hiero Craft Creations reserves the right to sell any abandoned commission to the general public as long as special markings have been altered or removed so as to not compromise the buyer's character design.
1ST STAGE W.I.P/MATERIAL ORDERING STAGE OF COMMISSION:
If the client should request a "Fur Fabric Color Change" due to being unsatisfied with the fur fabric that was originally ordered, the client will have to pay the full amount of the new fur fabric to be ordered and shipped to Hiero Craft Creations. *Please note this will slow down the commission work time and will result in longer wait times for items to be finished.* "Color Change Requests" will be honored only if the official patterns have not been approved and transferred to the fur fabric that was purchased.
2ND STAGE CUTTING OUT PATTERNS/ASSEMBLING:
Once the client has approved of any patterns for their commission, and the assembly process has been started, THE CLIENT CAN NOT REQUEST DESIGN CHANGES MADE TO THE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PATTERN. Should the client request design changes after fabric has been cut out, fees will be applied with any discussed changes. (Fees are subject to change depending on edits requested) Should a custom item be completed at 100% and the client is not satisfied with the item, the client has the option to commission another of the same item at its regular price. There will be NO discounts on remaking items once they've been finished.
3RD STAGE COMMISSION COMPLETED:
ALL CUSTOM ITEMS ARE CLASSIFIED AS BRAND NEW, UNUSED AND ARE SOLD AS IS. IF A CUSTOM ITEM HAS BEEN REPAIRED BY ANOTHER FURSUIT MAKER AND NOT BY HIERO CRAFT CREATIONS, REPAIR SERVICES WILL NOT BE OFFERED. (Alterations/repairs made by another fursuit maker include: forcefully trying to change out any spikes, feathers, eye mesh, or changing furs or using any kind of markers to draw on specific markings. Please see Repair services for more information)

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED:
Accepted Methods of payment: Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, Facebook pay.
Payments not accepted: Paypal (WHY: Paypal has decided to start withholding funds available, if a seller now makes $2,000.00 in sales within 30days. The money hold is for a duration of 21 days, which means I would not have the funds available to purchase materials immediately like I normally do when clients make their down payments/pay their invoices in full upfront. I do apologize for this inconvience)
ALL PRICES ARE LISTED IN USD. (UNITED STATES DOLLARS)
PAYMENT PLANS:
Payment plans will only be offered to orders over $500.00usd in total. If a payment plan is requested by the Client, 50% OF THE ORDER TOTAL will be paid immediately upon receiving their official invoice, and it will be considered A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. There will be no payment plans on the "Deposit." Deposits go towards purchasing necessary materials for the commission, as well as paying labor costs. Clients who request payment plans will be given 3 MONTHS MAXIMUM to pay off their balance in full.
Clients will be given a "Commission Slot", once the deposit has been paid upfront. NO WORK WILL BEGIN IF THERE IS A BALANCE IS REMAINING ON THE INVOICE. Should a client on a "Payment Plan" pay their invoice sooner than another client in the waiting list, then the client who's invoice is paid off first in full, will be given an official commission slot. Commission Slots are on a first paid, first served basis.
MISSED PAYMENTS:
IF A CLIENT MISSES A PAYMENT AFTER AGREEING TO PAY ON A SPECIFIC DATE, CLIENTS WILL BE GIVEN A "72 HOUR (3 DAYS) GRACE PERIOD" FROM THE MISSED DATE, TO PAY THE MISSED PAYMENT WITH NO LATE FEE ADDED.
IF THE MISSED PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN PAID, WITH IN THE 72 HOUR GRACE PERIOD, A WEEKLY "MISSED PAYMENT FEE" OF $40.00USD WILL BE APPLIED TO THE OFFICIAL INVOICE. IF THE "MISSED PAYMENT FEES" INCURRED TOTAL OVER $400.00USD, THE CLIENT'S COMMISSION WILL BE CANCELED IMMEDIATELY AND ANY REFUNDS WILL BE FORFEITED, EVEN IF THE COMMISSION HAS NOT BEEN STARTED. CLIENTS ARE ALSO NOT ENTITLED TO ANY OF THE MATERIALS PURCHASED FOR THEIR COMMISSION. THERE WILL BE NO NEGOTIATION ON THIS MATTER.

CANCELATION REQUESTS :
HIERO CRAFT CREATIONS RETAINS THE RIGHT TO DENY SERVICE AND OR CANCEL A COMMISSION AT ANY TIME SHOULD A CLIENT BECOME UNREASONABLE/RUDE/UNCOOPERATIVE/HARASSES HIERO CRAFT CREATIONS. HIERO CRAFT CREATIONS WILL RETAIN 30% OF THE ORDER TOTAL AS A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, SHOULD HIERO CRAFT CREATIONS NEED TO CANCEL A COMMISSION ON THEIR BEHALF DUE TO THE REASONS UNDERLINED ABOVE. THIS FEE IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.
-ALL CLIENTS HAVE 72 HOURS FROM WHEN THEY COMMISSION HIERO CRAFT CREATIONS, TO CANCEL THEIR ORDER AND REQUEST A 100% REFUND OF ANY PAYMENTS . AFTER 72 HOURS, THERE WILL BE NO FULL REFUNDS WITH CANCELATIONS REGARDLESS IF AN ORDER HAS BEEN STARTED OR NOT.
-ANY CLIENT WISHING TO CANCEL THEIR COMMISSION AFTER 72 HOURS, MUST SUBMIT A PROPER REQUEST. (A form will be sent to the client to fill out)
-ANY CLIENT REQUESTING A CANCELATION OF THEIR COMMISSION AND REQUESTING A REFUND MUST FIND A REPLACEMENT CLIENT FOR THEIR COMMISSION SLOT IN ORDER TO BE REFUNDED. CANCELATION FEES WILL BE APPLIED.
-SHOULD A CLIENT REQUEST TO CANCEL THEIR COMMISSION AND REQUEST A REFUND DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, THE CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEIR NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WAS USED TO SECURE THEIR COMMISSION SLOT, THEIR NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WAS USED TOWARDS THE PURCHASE OF MATERIALS AND THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WAS USED TO PAY FOR HIERO CRAFT CREATION'S WAGES, EVEN IF THE COMMISSION HAS NOT BEEN STARTED.
-THE CANCELATION FEE (AFTER THE 72 HOUR PERIOD HAS PASSED) WILL BE 50% OF THE ORDER TOTAL. THIS CANCELATION FEE IS NON-NEGOTIABLE AND IS CONSIDERED A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TOWARDS THE COMMISSION.

KEEPING CONVERSATIONS AS PROOF:
Clients who cancel their orders and request refunds, agree to Hiero Craft Creations taking screenshots of the entire conversation from beginning to end. This is to ensure that any agreements that were made during the entire commission process are upheld and used as proof of interaction. Refunds (should the client be entitled to one) will be processed through the original invoice that was sent (refunds will be processed through the method used originally to pay for the invoice. Hiero craft creations is not responsible for the "refund time" that the client's method of payment is processed.) Should a client express that they wish to escalate a refund/chargeback through paypal, communication will cease through the original method of contact and will only be contacted through paypal's claim service.
-Clients acknowledge that refunds requested due to Cancellations on the Client's behalf or Hiero Craft Creations behalf are NOT DONE INSTANTLY.
-Clients will be refunded once their commission slot has been filled by a replacement client. (their commission must total at or above the original commission slot's total.)
-Clients will be refunded after their invoices have been reviewed and cancellation fees have been deducted.
-If any custom items were completed prior to the client canceling their commission, Hiero Craft Creations will NOT send out finished items.
-Finished items will be altered so it does not resemble a client's character (such as removing specific markings) prior to selling it to the general public.
-The Client agrees to WAIT until any finished custom items have been altered and sold to give the client a proper refund.
-Again to restate, Clients that request a cancellation and refund at any point during the commission process will automatically forfeit 50% of the original order total as a non-refundable deposit.
-Should a client request to keep any finished items made during the commission, the item will be charged as an INDIVIDUAL PART and it will be deducted from the remaining 50% of the order total's refund amount. Shipping costs will NOT be included in the refund total.
-Materials purchased towards the commission will NOT be shipped to the client, as clients are not entitled to materials that were purchased for completing the specified commission.

RETURNS:
All sales are final. Once the commission is complete and the client receives their order, there are absolutely no returns/no substitutions on custom items. Hiero Craft Creations would accept a return on the condition that there was miscommunication during the commission process and something was wrong (i.e. wrong fur color) The client has 5 business days to reach out to Hiero Craft Creations and must provide proof of the conversation along with a clear explanation of what the item was supposed to have. Without this information, there are NO RETURNS OR SUBSTITUTIONS. This is not open to negotiation.

Shipping:
Currently, Shipping costs are NOT included in the commission prices and are charged once the order is completed. I do not give shipping quotes prior to any item being completed. Shipping for items is currently done through FEDEX/UPS/USPS to anywhere in the USA & CANADA.
The client is responsible for keeping track of their order with the provided tracking number. HIERO CRAFT CREATIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING TRACK OF ANY ORDER ONCE IT HAS LEFT MY POSSESSION. HIERO CRAFT CREATIONS IS ALSO NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES LOST DURING TRANSIT OR STOLEN ONCE DELIVERED.
**INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING**
Any client who lives outside of the US/Canada/Mexico will be responsible for any and all import/duty fees that may be charged to the client once the item arrives in its destination country. HIERO CRAFT CREATIONS IS NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL FEES CHARGED BY THE DESTINATION COUNTRY.

Repair Services Terms:
All items created by Hiero Craft Creations have a 1 month warranty from when the item arrives to the client's home. If there are any issues found within the first month of receiving the item, it will be repaired for free as long as the client is willing to pay for shipping of the item to Hiero Craft Creations and pay for shipping of the item back to the client.
Repair services DO NOT cover: FORCED ALTERATIONS ATTEMPTED BY THE CLIENT OR ANOTHER FURSUIT MAKER. Normal wear and tear is NOT covered by repair services. Any damage caused by rough/improper use is also NOT covered.
Please follow the steps below should you need an item repaired outside of the 1 month warranty.
-Repair process:
1: Clients must contact me prior to attempting to fix or alter anything on the head and provide photo proof of the damaged area. IF NO PHOTOS ARE RECEIVED I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE REPAIR SERVICES. REPAIR FEES ARE DETERMINED ON A CASE TO CASE BASIS.
2: CLIENT MUST PAY FOR ADDITIONAL MATERIALS IF I DO NOT HAVE THE NECESSARY MATERIALS IN STOCK TO REPAIR THE ITEM.
3: AFTER ALL REPAIRS HAVE BEEN MADE, THE CLIENT WILL BE CONTACTED VIA THEIR METHOD OF CONTACT, TO BE INFORMED THEIR ITEM IS READY TO BE SHIPPED OUT AGAIN OR PICKED UP PERSONALLY FROM MY HOME.
4: THE CLIENT WILL THEN PAY FOR SHIPPING OF THE ITEM TO BE RETURNED TO THE CLIENT'S POSSESSION OR SCHEDULE A PERSONAL PICK UP. SHIPPING WILL BE DONE VIA USPS.

RESELLING OF COMMISSIONED ITEMS:
Clients are more than welcome to sell their previously commissioned items. Should Hiero Craft Creations reach out and inform the client personally that the value of their item has risen due to prices being raised, then the client can sell the item or the price told to them by Hiero Craft Creations. HOWEVER, CLIENTS CAN NOT RESELL THE COMMISSIONED ITEM FOR MORE THAN PURCHASE PRICE UNLESS THE CLIENT HAS INCLUDED ADDITIONAL ITEMS (such as artwork/badges/reference sheet). IF ANY CLIENT SELLS ANY ITEM TO A NEW OWNER, ANY REPAIR SERVICES WITH THE ORIGINAL OWNER OF THE ITEM ARE NULL AND VOID. ANY CLIENT SELLING THE ITEM FOR MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE MINUS SHIPPING COSTS, WILL BE BLACK LISTED FROM FUTURE COMMISSIONS WITH HIERO CRAFT CREATIONS AS UP-CHARGING PURCHASED ITEMS IS CONSIDERED A FORM OF SCAMMING TO THE POTENTIAL NEW OWNER AND HIERO CRAFT CREATIONS DOES NOT APPROVE OF UP-CHARGING PURCHASED ITEMS FOR MORE THAN PURCHASE PRICE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
